She supports policies that include local small businesses in city events and initiatives, helping our neighborhood economy grow. Abi is also focused on retaining strong school administrators and improving literacy and math outcomes to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Abi Prudent will strengthen oversight of District agencies to ensure they are accountable and working effectively for residents. She supports transparent budgeting, clear performance standards, and consistent tracking of agency outcomes so the public can see real results and measurable progress.

Abi Prudent will prioritize funding for proven violent crime reduction strategies and support targeted approaches that focus on repeat violent offenders. She will expand youth prevention and intervention programs, strengthen Council oversight of public safety agencies, and improve coordination between agencies to ensure a safer city. Abi also supports transparent and accurate crime reporting so residents have clear, reliable information about public safety in their communities.

Abi Prudent supports funding reliable transit service that residents can count on every day. She will promote safer streets and intersections, strengthen oversight of transportation agencies, and prioritize maintaining roads, bridges, and public infrastructure. Abi also believes transit planning should align with housing and job growth so the city moves efficiently and supports long-term economic opportunity.
